Pneumatic Slow Start Valve Fittings allow gradual pressure increase at start up of a circuit. These enable the user to control the rate supply pressures introduced into the selected actuator after it has been vented. This gradual increase in pressure or "slow start", prevents harmful mechanical shock which may occur when full system pressure is immediately introduced into a system.
