Horizon Mercantile, being an ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004 certified company, consider quality as a building stone of its success. All our products are being tested on various parameters to ensure efficiency even under the most challenging flow conditions. We follow strict norms for quality control in order to produce flawless products within the given time frame. Our quality control inspectors carefully supervise each product before dispatch.

We believe that Quality is a continuous process, hence we have a fully furnished R&D Dept. that keep on upgrading our products . We also offer third party inspection by reputed consultants. Our quality control unit ensures to check the product's quality on the following physical, mechanical and technical aspects like-

• Material Control system
• Machining and Dimensional Control
• Dimensional Inspection
• Certification and Supplementary Test
• Finishing and Marketing
• Test for Tensile and Torque Test etc.

We start with the procurement of raw materials to production to quality chacking and finally to send the consignment on time. Raw materials are checked to avoid any surface defects, overlapping, cracks, etc and then allowed to forging and heat treatment. After that, all the fasteners and fittings are machined according to their given dimensional codes.

Among the few exceptions, we are the one to provide “Materials Test Certificate” for our products. The entire array is furnished with manufacturer test certificate that provide all the necessary data.
