Our company is known in the market as one of the best nickel alloy pipes
manufacturers and exporters that follow industry acclaimed quality
standards in the formulation process. We add extra amount of nickel in
pipes which increases the level of resistance to corrosion, heat-induced
weakness and softening. Fabricated from many nickel alloys like Monel
400 & 500, Inconel 600 & 625, Incoloy 800, 825, Titanium, Silver
Nickel, Palladium, Vanadium etc. these pipes AND TUBES are used in many
applications like pharmacy, food, power, marine, condensers, coolers,
heat exchangers, petrochemical and chemicals which are available in
varied grades.
Designed to cater varied demands of different industries spread all
across the globe, our nickel alloy tubes are available in many :

Varied types of Nickel :
- Nickel 200/201 (UNS Number 02200/02201) :
It is a pure wrought nickel alloy which has good mechanical
characteristics with excellent resistance to many corrosive
environments. Nickel 201 is dual certified and transformed to
control 0.02 max carbon which keeps it from being embrittled by
inter granular precipitates at temperatures of 600°F to 1400°F
in many processes. When priority is about quality of product than
this alloy is extremely beneficial and used to handle caustic soda.
- Hastelloy® Nickel Alloy C-276 (UNS Number 10276) :
It is one of the most widely used variation of Hastelloy®
nickel alloy that dwells buoyant in the most corrosive environments
such as in chemical processing, pollution control, pulp and paper
production, waste treatment and the recovery of "sour"
natural gas.
- Hastelloy® X ASTM B435, B366, B572, B619 B622, B626,
B751, B775, B829 (UNS Number N06002 DIN 2.4665) :
This is a high-temperature, matrix-stiffened,
nickel-chromium-iron-molybdenum alloy with excellent oxidation
resistance and anomalous strength up to 2200ºF (1200ºC).
- Monel® 400 Chemical Resistance :
This alloy offers equally same corrosion resistance as of nickel
when applied in many applications due to its superior ability to be
machined and higher maximum working pressures and temperatures.
- Monel® K-500 Chemical Resistance :
The corrosion resistance of this alloy is almost equal to Monel®
400 alloy. Only the exception is that in the age-hardened
conditions, this alloy has greater tendency towards stress-corrosion
cracking applied in specific environment.
- INCOLOY® 800H / 800HT® ASTM B 409, B 408, B 407, B
564 (UNS Number N08810 N08811) :
Meant for temperature structural applications, this alloy is a heat
resistant alloy which is extremely useful for many applications
implicating long-term exposure to elevated temperatures and
corrosive atmospheres.
- INCONEL® 718 Nickel Alloy ASTM B637, B 670, B 906 (UNS
Number N07718 NACE MR-01-75) :
This alloy is an age hardened, high-strength, corrosion resistant
nickel base super-alloy that is easily fabricated and used from
cryogenic temperatures up to 1300ºF. It is highly known for its
outstanding welding characteristics.
- Alloy 20 ASTM A 265, B 366, B 463, B 464, B 471, B 472, B
473, B 474, B 475 (UNS N08020 NACE MR0175) :
This alloy is manufactured from sulfuric acid for improving
resistance to corrosion power. Highly used in all through the
chemical industry for manufacturing solvents, explosives, plastics,
synthetic fibers, organic chemicals, pharmaceuticals and
food-processing equipments.
