We are a reputed manufacturer and supplier manufacturing stainless steel
wire mesh. Offered in different stainless steel grades, these are
produced in bulk as per the client's specifications and requirements.
Material used
Many different grades of stainless steel are used in wire mesh. Our
stainless steel wire mesh are generally made of stainless steel Type
302, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 321 and 430 etc.
Applications
The stainless steel wire mesh produced by our company is extensively
used in chemical industry, mining, food industry and pharmaceutical
industry.

Types of Wiremesh
- Plain Weave Wire Cloth: Each wrap wire passes over and
under the successive weft wire and vise versa. This lead to precise
mesh opening and maximum cloth stability. This type of is the
standard cloth used for all purpose.
- Twill Weave: In this type of weave, it allows the use of
larger wire diameters. The wrap wire passes over and under two weft
wires and vise versa.
- Plain Dutch Weave: Here the weave pattern is more or less
similar to plain woven cloths. The only difference is that the wrap
wires are larger and moee spaced than the weft wires. Such types of
weaves are used for precoat filters and vacuum filters.
- Dutch Twill Weave: This is woven in a twill pattern
inwhich many weft wires are woven in the same area to achieve a
finer filter opening . Typically produced for very fine filtration
application- 10 micron and finer.
- Tele Weaves ( 5 heddle-Atlas ): 4 over 1 under weave
pattern. This type of weave allows the use of extremely strong wires
having fine mesh opening. This results in a smooth and wear
resistant surface. Such type of weaves are used in vacuum filters,
dewatering sieves, centrifuges and distillation columns.
- PZ-Microdur Cloth: This is a reverse plain dutch weave
where the warp wires are smaller and spaced closer together. This
allows the use of high tensile wires. The result is the most durable
and stable fine filter cloth. The Reverse Twilled Dutch weave (
KPZ-Microdur ) is woven under the same preferences.
