Reducers are widely used tube fittings used to fit tubes with different diameters. These fittings provide leak proof connections for applications where operating pressures are high and are manufactured in a number of materials such as stainless and carbon steel, brass and plastic depending on the industry it is being used for.

Types of Reducers
Concentric Reducers : are special and extremely useful tube fittings having different size ends to fit tubes of different diameters. These reducers join the tube sections on the same axis and allow for ease of transition in vertical tubing.

Eccentric Reducers : are special and extremely useful tube fittings having different size ends to fit tubes of different diameters. These reducers are used for tubing size transitions and join tube sections that are parallel but not aligned. The flat side of these reducers allows complete drainage in horizontal tubing.
